Sand Hill Kitchen opened in January 2017 as a long-time dream of Chef/Owner Jamie Wade. Jamie's passion for fresh food flows from living and cooking in the American South and Southwest. She believes that great food starts with fresh ingredients and creative combinations. From her grandmother's banana pudding to classical New Orleans cuisine, the spiciness of the desert Southwest, and the great flavors of the Outer Banks of North Carolina, there is always something delicious cooking at Sand Hill Kitchen.
